Chicago`s National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture is raising money for an art museum in Puerto Rico on the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Maria by bringing the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra to Chicago`s Symphony Center on Aug. 6 and opening an exhibit, `Nostalgia for My Island,` on Sept. 20. The Museo de Arte de Ponce in Puerto Rico was heavily damaged by Hurricane Maria and the subsequent earthquakes which plagued the island.
